You can donate to our membership organization, Friends of the Waikīkī Aquarium, or through UH Foundation (10% withheld).

George Tinker, son of Waikīkī Aquariumʻs second director Spencer Tinker, on a memorable Aquarium visit. George spent his childhood at the Aquarium where his father managed the facility and its construction, which the current Aquarium is still housed in today. Shown in the picture, George is holding a special artwork made as an homage to his father and the Tinkerʻs Butterflyfish named after Spencer. To George, the Waikīkī Aquarium remains a unique place filled with history! 
Mahalo Amina Collection of Japan & Leighton Lam Designs for donating $3,424 to the Waikīkī Aquarium. This donation was made possible with the support of Amina customers who purchased the Hawaiian Honu bracelet supported by Hawaii artist Leighton Lam.
